Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VidLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
VidLabs provides access to the third-party AI platform accounts with pre-loaded credits, allowing users to use AI generation tools including Veo 3.1, Nano, Banana and other models available on the the third-party AI platform platform. Access is provided on a subscription basis for the selected billing period.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscriptions are available in Weekly ($9), Monthly ($29), Yearly ($299), and Lifetime ($499) plans. All subscriptions grant unlimited access to the third-party AI platform for the duration of the billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Refund Policy
We offer partial refunds calculated on a per-day basis. If you request a refund, the amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of days already used from your total subscription price. For example, if you purchased a monthly plan ($29) and request a refund after 10 days, your refund will be: $29 - ($29 ÷ 30 × 10) = $19.33. Refund requests must be submitted within the active subscription period. Lifetime plans are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase only.
5. Account Usage
VidLabs provides shared account access. Users must not share login credentials with third parties. Any abuse, automated bot usage, or violation of the third-party AI platform's terms may result in immediate termination without refund.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability. However, service may be interrupted due to the third-party AI platform platform outages, maintenance, or account rotation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
VidLabs is not responsible for any content generated through the third-party AI platform. We are a service provider and do not own, control, or endorse any AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
