By using VidLabs you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

VidLabs is an AI-powered video cloning and character animation platform. You provide a character photo and a reference video link, and we map the face onto the video's motion and layout using advanced AI models. The final output is yours to use.

VidLabs operates on a swap-based subscription. Swaps are consumed when you generate cloned videos. Unused swaps do not roll over to the next billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We do not offer refunds as a general policy. In special circumstances, we may issue a partial refund for unused swaps. The refund amount is calculated proportionally based on the number of unused swaps remaining in the billing period. Swaps that have already been used to generate content cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

You may not use VidLabs to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without refund.

You own the content you generate using VidLabs. We do not claim any rights over your output. You are responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with applicable laws.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VidLabs after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
